Sainted will always strive to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted. Once your order is placed, orders cannot be canceled. Sainted reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including item availability.

All items are carefully packed and shipped via USPS. Below are the shipping methods we currently offer:

Standard Shipping (free): 3-5 business days

Express Shipping ($10): 2-3 business days

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. International shipping may be available upon request (contact us at hello@saintedsainted.com).

Sainted is not responsible for additional incurred customs fees or packages lost in the mail. Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with any issues or inquiries regarding your order.

Due to COVID-19, please note that all carriers are currently experiencing delays. If your order is arriving later than expected, please contact us immediately. We appreciate your understanding at this time!

We offer local pickup for those in the Seattle area! Orders placed before 17:00 will be available for next business day pick up at the designated location. In the Order Options section, please select Pickup when checking out and include a note in the Notes field with the date/time you would like to pickup your item(s).

Orders must be picked up within a 10-day period. If they are not picked up after 10 days, we will collect the order and return it to inventory. You will then receive store credit in the full amount for your order.

We do our best to accurately describe all items and include any visible flaws. Because of the unique nature of vintage items, all items are final sale. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the product.

WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Please keep in mind that vintage means an item is old and has been pre-loved and worn. Due to this nature, there may be some small stains and/or signs of wear that are expected with vintage items. Flaws and imperfections are inevitable when it comes to buying vintage items. Sainted guarantees that each and every garment is laundered (i.e. dry cleaned, hand washed, machine washed, etc…) before being shipped out to you! However, some spots and/or stains cannot be removed without causing damage to the material or color.

Sainted works hard to give an accurate description of items so you are happy with your purchase. We encourage our customers to refer to our condition grading guide below before purchasing an item.

Excellent Vintage Condition: Light signs of wear and age— no obvious flaws in appearance.

Good Vintage Condition: Moderate signs of wear and age— minor flaws, stains, fabric tearing and/or abrasion may be noticeable, but is still wearable.

Fair Vintage Condition: Significant signs of wear and age— visible stains and/or fabric wear. Any noticeable marks or defect will be mentioned in the product description.

Always check the label and follow care instructions! If care instructions are missing or are not indicated on the tag, we recommend finding a reliable dry cleaner (for those in the Seattle area, we recommend Helena’s Cleaners) who has experience with vintage textiles or specializes in delicate fabrics to see what the best care options are.

Although vintage clothing tends to be more durable, (back in the day, longevity of garments was far more important than aesthetic), we recommend following care instructions given on the label and/or consulting a reliable dry cleaning company to help preserve your piece(s) for years to come.

Sainted is not responsible for any damage done to a garment or item based on the following care recommendations.

At Sainted, all measurements are done with the garment laying flat and measured from one side of the garment to the other. We ensure to smooth out the garment so the front and back are lined up perfectly.

The measurements are merely a guide and we recommend comparing the measurements to something similar in your closet. However, please note that that if you do this, make sure you are comparing a garment that has the same fabric type. We also provide an Estimated Size based on these measurements— Again, these are a guide and should be viewed subjectively.
